You have complete control over your video minutes/seconds each month. Choose a single 60 second video or multiple shorter clips totaling 60 seconds (such as three 20-second videos for various platforms), the decision is yours. Our plans offers added flexibility for longer, tailored content pieces.
You'll get access to our Trello board where you can add as many requests as you'd like. We'll work our way through them in your preferred order. According to the chosen plan, we'll work on one or two request at the same time and they will be delivered one by one.

It doesn't usually happen but no worries! We offer unlimited revisions to make sure you’re happy with the final result.
On average, most requests are completed between 1-3 days. However, complex animations, 3D or long-duration animations and renders may affect delivery time due to their complexity and execution time. It's understandable.
AMAZE does not cover the following design work: 3D complex modeling, 3D complex animations, 3D Rigging animations, 3D Fluid animations, Post production for movies.
Because we maintain high-quality standards, we don't offer refunds.
Not exactly. As it is normal, we take care of ourselves mentally and physically and it’s important to take a break and breath to be fresh at work. Deliveries and support are available exclusively during business days and not on weekends.
